| For Shaun G, getting involved in the Sterling family has been a long time coming. S knows that being a vocalist in this country is no easy feat. ‘I don’t want to have to take the easy “Garage” route which some artiste’s seem to take, not that I’m knocking anybody’s hustle. (Get that money). I may in the future feel to do something on that tip because I am feeling some of the sounds and at the end of the day the sound F.U.B.U (FOR US BY US). I just want to be able to say in my future interviews that I’ve been doing my sound for the marathon not the sprint. Its time to keep up with it before it goes and probably takes another decade or two to come back round, none of us are getting any younger I know I’m not.’ |

| Shaun’s amazing talent is not
restricted to singing alone. He rhymes, writes his own lyrics and
acts, not bad for a 5-foot 7-incher! ‘This is a new year.’ Says Shaun. ‘A new generation are looking to us and it’s our responsibility to show them the right way to do it. Think about it, we lock this down now, we can show these kids that it’s not all about the struggles and road issues that us man went through.’ Sevon has worked with the cream of the scene lending his talent to tracks featuring various artistes including Skeme, MC D, SD (Game-Tight), Miniature (Trailblazers), Craze 24 (GX, South Soldiers), Fokz‘ Myth & Brags (RDS), Nu Shape (Big up my Twin from West Face‘”), Lorenzo Hall, Tubbs and Dodge (Incredible Muzik) plus various others. When Shaun.G starts to drop his “Ear Blessings” on the industry, it will be danger. |
